The limited, ten hour trial is available now on through EA Access on Xbox One and Origin Access on PC. It's available to download now to anyone who subscribes to Electronic Arts premium-subscription service, and you can start playing it tomorrow (although some people are having luck getting it started today).
Multiplayer, on the other hand, will face no such restrictions throughout the trial.
That means the game's standard multiplayer mode - the enjoyable four-player co-operative offering which again returns from ME3 - as well as the Strike Team missions in your single-player campaign. PlayStation users will have to wait as EA Access is not now available for Sony's little black box. It's possible to purchase a month's subscription to take advantage of the trial and cancel later. The EA/Origin Access trial for Andromeda is now live and while story progression is gated, word is now starting to spread about just how much of the story you can get through.
Below you can find some GIFs showcasing what is now wrong with Mass Effect: Andromeda. If you have a standard PS4 or Xbox One, the game will run at 1080p and 900p, respectively, and both console versions are locked at 30 frames per second.
