He said that his government would stop the tradition of declaring holidays in the schools on the birth and death anniversaries of great personalities.
Adityanath's life-size posters of swearing-in ceremony were pasted right opposite the main dais which carried the photographs of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other senior leaders at Janata Maidan here.
The chief minister also launched the "1912" toll-free helpline for complaints. "But, at the same time, they should also be ready to pay at least the minimum price for the same, so that the service could be continued efficiently and uninterruptedly", he emphasised.
Adityanath made the announcement after paying tributes to Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar on his 126th birth anniversary.
He reaffirmed that his government would fulfil all the dreams of Ambedkar and BJP idealogue Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay.
Pradesh on board the power for all scheme for three years but the previous government in the state did not agree to do so, only because it wanted the chief minister's photo on the scheme.
"What message does it send out if a government does not use advanced life support ambulances despite the Centre providing funds", he said.
Uttar Pradesh is one of the largest states in the country with its per capita consumption of electricity rising to 524 units in FY16 from 450 units in FY12. This will also help in industrialisation and job creation.
"For me the most important are the people of the state and we are henceforth committing ourselves to ensuring that the entire state by the end of 2018 will have 24x7 power supply", the Chief Minister added.
