Bill Cosby waves to people calling out to him as he walks from the Montgomery County Courthouse during his sexual assault trial in Norristown, Pa., Thursday, June 15, 2017.

If the Judge's so-called dynamite charge doesn't unlock the hold-out (s), then in what will essentially be a stay for Cosby and a blow to the prosecution, this could mean that this case is going to start up all over again but with a new jury.

After reading the deadlocked jury directions to jurors, Judge Steven O'Neill urged jurors to continue discussing the charges against the comedian and former Temple trustee. He advised jurors when the trial ended, after a week of testimony and 52 hours of deliberations, that they need not discuss the case, even as the public debates whether age, race, gender or other issues separated them. The jury is deliberating for a fifth day on Friday.

But the 12-member jury informed the court after almost 30 hours of deliberations that they were still unable to reach a unanimous decision.

The jury members have been deliberating since Monday (12Jun17), but they have yet to reach a verdict.

Wyatt spotted Joe Molinaro, his wife and two children outside the Montgomery County Court House earlier in the week. Regardless of the court's decision Mr. Cosby's days inside a courtroom will not be over any time soon.

"Anything can happen because it's a new set of jurors", Levenson said.

Citing the impasse, Cosby's defense team immediately asked for a mistrial. She tweeted a video that shows her shooting a mini-basketball into a net to the tune of "Sweet Georgia Brown", the theme song of the Harlem Globetrotters. It says, "ALWAYS FOLLOW THROUGH".

Cosby met Constand in late 2002 when he attended a basketball game at Temple University, his alma mater, in Philadelphia. Cosby is charged with drugging and molesting Constand at his home in 2004. He says it was consensual.

The jury of seven men and five women has been sequestered in a local hotel not far from the Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown, Pennsylvania.

Prosecutors, meanwhile, used her testimony as well as the words of a second accuser, Kelly Johnson, to portray Cosby as a serial predator.

But some of Cosby's accusers, women who have attended the trial or been on watch for the verdict, left the courtroom in tears. They have deliberated for about 40 hours in all.

Testimony from the Canadian officer who took the accuser's first police statement, about a year after the sexual encounter. Cosby also declined to tell her what pills he had given Andrea Constand, but he did say they were from a prescription bottle, she testified.

Constand's lawyer, Dolores Troiani, said only that the "jury is apparently working very hard".

They will get back to it Friday morning. "And I don't feel her say anything", Cosby said, describing his thought process as he touched Constand's genitals.

Over 50 women have come forward with decades-old allegations of sexual misconduct against Cosby in recent years, but the actor's representatives have always insisted he is innocent. Cosby, 79, pleaded not guilty to the charges. The jury requested to hear another passage, this one including troubling details about Cosby's notion of consent. Deliberations will resume Thursday morning.

The charges involve Cosby's sexual encounter with Andrea Constand, 44, at his suburban Philadelphia home. Each carries a maximum 10-year prison term. She is the only one who has brought him to trial. According to the Associated Press, the judge told them to keep trying to arrive at a decision.
