One person was killed and eight others injured in a multi-vehicle accident in Queens Sunday morning.

At 6:30 a.m., the multicar crash threw a man, in his 20s, from his auto.

The Mercedes-Benz then careened into an embankment off the right shoulder, hit two trees and flipped over, police said early Monday.

They say he sideswiped a vehicle next to him, lost control, and swerved across three lanes, hitting two more cars.

Killed were two of Shakespeare's four passengers, 16-year-old Akeam Grant and 34-year-old Layon Campbell, both of Brooklyn.

One man in his 20s was ejected from his vehicle and died on the scene, the New York Post reported.

Shakespeare was charged with manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter, aggravated vehicular homicide, driving while intoxicated, reckless endangerment and reckless driving.

The driver of the Mercedes Benz was taken to Long Island Jewish Hospital for pain to her right shoulder and is listed in stable condition.

Shakespeare suffered a minor head injury, a male passenger, 21, suffered a right arm laceration, and another male passenger, 16, suffered trauma to his torso and right arm, the NYPD said.
