David Zablidowsky, who also played for more than a dozen years in the Tampa-based Trans-Siberian Orchestra, died Friday afternoon when, according to the Gainesville Sun, a tractor trailer struck the band's RV and on Interstate 75 near Micanopy. Of the six injured, three are in critical condition and the other three are in stable condition, as of Friday evening.

He continues: "I want to personally thank Marine Lance Cpl".

"I can not begin to thank you all for all the prayers & thoughts", Orlando writes on social media. Patrick Dumon for his bravery in assisting me pull our Driver Jason from the wreckage and for attending to his wounds. "I'm trying to process & deal with this, physically & mentally". I'm absolutely broken, both physical and mental.

Cannata adds: "We are all devastated and will need some time to physically and mentally cope but the outpouring of love has been nothing short of inspiring". Without his selfless act of courage I would not have been able to get them clear of the RV before it was engulfed in flames. Please keep the band and all those affected by this tragedy in your thoughts and prayers. I love you Dave, I will miss you more then words can say. "On behalf of my band and crew I thank you".

Ex-Dream Theater drummer Mike Portnoy, who lives in Coopersburg, was the founding percussionist for Adrenalin Mob.

"To all of our family of touring musicians across the globe, PLEASE BE CAREFUL when on the road".

Trans-Siberian Orchestra wrote on their Facebook page, "We are terribly saddened with the passing of our talented friend, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Adrenaline Mob and ZO2 bass player, Dave Z (David Zablidowsky)". None of us saw this coming and no one ever expects these kinds of things to happen, but unfortunately they can.
