As you can see in the tweet above, Evangeline Lilly casually dropped the pic of #TheWasp costume in a tribute to #Marvel legend Jack Kirby on what would be his 100th birthday.

The Wasp suit that we saw in Ant-Man was noticeably different from Scott Lang's Ant-Man suit, featuring more gold and blue accents compared to Scott's red and black.

Of course, we don't get the wings yet, and we don't get to see it in action or anything, since it's just a still of her in full, regular human size, but it's a nice tease nonetheless.

In honor of the great Jack Kirby's birthday, Evangeline Lilly showed off the first photo of her as The Wasp from the upcoming "Ant-Man" sequel... (Dave), while new additions to the cast include Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet Van Dyne, Laurence Fishburne as Dr. Bill Foster/Goliath, Hannah John-Kamen as The Ghost, Walton Goggins as Sonny Burch and Randall Park as Jimmy Woo.

Kirby, along with Marvel mogul Stan Lee, is the man behind many characters that still grace the screen regularly, like the Fantastic Four, the X-Men and the Hulk. Lilly plays Hope, the daughter of Janet van Dyne and Hank Pym (the original Ant-Man). The movie, which follows on the events of Ant-Man and Captain America: Civil War, is set to release on July 6th, 2018. Perhaps we'll see Wasp go through multiple versions of the costume in the film, a nice nod to her constantly changing threads in the comics.
