BJP celebrates PM Modi's 67th Birthday as Seva Diwas

Celebrating the 67th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 17th September, celebrities are busy wishing the Prime Minister on social media.

The BJP is observing the day as "Seva Diwas" across the country. Bharatiya Janata Party will observe "Seva Diwas" today across the country with party leaders attending medical camps, blood donation events, and taking part in cleanliness drives.

Like every year, the Prime Minister began his 67th birthday celebration seeking his mother Heeraben's blessings at Gandhinagar in Gujarat. Sportspersons like Rohit Sharma, Ravindra Jadeja and Suresh Raina also wished PM Modi On his birthday.

Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar whose latest outing at theatres, Indu Sarkar was about the 1975 Emergency, wrote, "Wishing a very Happy Birthday to the most dynamic, hard working, & Visionary PM Shri @narendramodi ji #HappyBirthdayPM Stay blessed @PMOIndia".

Smriti Irani, the Union Textiles, Information &Broadcasting Minister, also wished the PM on twitter and said that PM is an "inspiration to millions". He will dedicate the Sardar Sarovar Dam to the nation.

United States Ambassador to India, MaryKay loss Carlson, also wished PM on his birthday and tweeted a video of Modi with President of United States of America Donald Trump.

Modi would then visit Amreli in Saurashtra where he will attend a host of programmes and address a public gathering.
