Con la implementación del Horario de Verano de este año, que concluye el próximo domingo 29 de octubre, el Estado de México logró un ahorro de 213.12 millones de pesos, al dejar de usar 143.96 GigaWatts-Hora (GWH), equivalente a la energía requerida para dotar del servicio a más de 90 mil viviendas durante un año.

Al término de la aplicación del Horario de Verano, en noviembre de 2017, se obtendrán los valores reales, de acuerdo a los resultados de la evaluación de la segunda transición octubre-noviembre, los cuales se presentarán en un informe final.

Martha Ruiz Cortés Silva, comerciante, admitió que en la ocasión en que el reloj se atrasa una hora durante el invierno, amanece con más luz, lo que le favorece en su rutina para salir a los tianguis a ofrecer sus productos, sin embargo, admitió que tampoco le agrada que oscurezca más temprano, ya que esto le genera un desajuste en el sueño.

El cambio de horario llega a tener afectaciones en las personas, y se traduce en cansancio, malestar y falta de atención, así que te sugerimos tener esto en cuenta durante las actividades cotidianas en los próximos días.

Lo recomendable para adaptarse mejor es ser riguroso a la hora de irse a dormir y despertar.

Señaló que el ahorro que tienen las familias es por las mañanas al no ocupar la energía eléctrica y aprovechar la luz natural, al igual que en la tarde.

Este domingo comenzará el horario de invierno en el país. Este cambio se hace dos veces por año, en marzo y en noviembre.

"El cambio es en las primeras horas del domingo a las 2 a. m. y se atrasa una hora", apuntó Guillermo Castillo.

Por su parte, los estados de Sonora y Quintana Roo no participan en este programa, por lo que ambas entidades mantienen su respectivo horario.
