Huawei claims that both bands are waterproof with IP-68 rating and are compatible with both Android (Android 4.4 and above) and iOS (iOS 8.0 and above) devices. Three days after releasing the Band 2 and Band 2 Pro in the country, the company has launched its Fit smartwatch. The bands feature a 100mAh battery with up to 21 days of usage time. It also shows notifications for incoming calls, messages, SMS, emails, calendar events and much more. The Band 2 Pro also has an independent GPS positioning and with this GPS mode it can offer up to 3.5 hours in GPS mode.

The Huawei Fit, on the other hand, doubles up as a fitness-oriented smartwatch with a 1.04-inch LCD touchscreen.

Originally announced in July, the Huawei Band 2 and Band 2 Pro are created to provide all-day heart monitoring. Out of the two fitness trackers, Huawei Band 2 Pro is certainly a higher variant.

Similar to Xiaomi's Mi Band range, the Huawei Band 2 has an Advanced Sleep Tracking feature to analyse sleep quality. The sensors include a 6-axis motion sensor, heart rate sensor, capacitive sensor and ambient light sensor. It features a gentle vibration alarm.

The fitness watch is dustproof and waterproof with IP68 certification. It can be connected with smartphones via Bluetooth. With the newly launched Huawei Fit and Huawei Band 2 we are confident of replicating the blockbuster success we had with the Honor Band 3 launched a couple of months ago. Moreover, it has a feature that reminds you to move if you are sitting for too long. The band comes in Smart Black and Bold Red colour options. That said, both these fitness bands come with a 100 mAh battery which the company claims can offer up to 21 days of battery life (with Global Positioning System disabled on Band 2 Pro). It comes in small and large sizes with Black, Blue, and Orange color straps.
