The male voice in the clip also made clear references to the Las Vegas shooting where several innocent people were killed at a music concert. At least you should try to derail a train. Though unconfirmed reports point out Rashid is waging war for IS in Afghanistan, there is no specific details of his activities and whereabouts. In the message, the male voice calls upon the IS agents to use trucks to mow down crowds at Thrissur Pooram or at Maha Kumbh Mela. The audio message in Malyalam is said to be from Rashid Abdullah, the leader of the Kasargod IS module, and was sent through "Telegram" app. Abdullah had left the county and joined the outfit in Afghanistan. "Or use a knife", the male voice was quoted as saying in a Zee News report. He also claimed this to be the 50th such clip issued by Daulatul Islam - a regional ISIS outfit.

The Kerala Police found the message in Malayalam a few weeks ago. "Islamic State mujahideens keep doing it", he said.

The clip says that Muslims should go for "Hijrah" (migrate) from "Darul Kufr" (house of non-believers) to Darul Islam (house of believers).

In early October, at least 58 people were killed and 500 injured when a heavily armed "lone wolf" gunman opened fire from a 32-floor hotel room on an open-air concert on the Las Vegas Strip, in the deadliest mass shooting in USA history.

The clip has surfaced at a time when Kerala Police have received inputs about at least 100 people from the state suspected to have joined the Islamic State.

Abdul Rasheed further said, "And if you have access to weapons, Kalashnikovs or even a pistol, look what that guy at Las Vegas did".

The Kerala Police has collected evidence in this regard, including over 300 voice clips and messages from WhatsApp, telegram messaging applications and other social media platforms, police sources had said just last week.

In 2015, a countrywide investigation caught several people who were alleged members of the Islamic State group.

They include four women and three children.
