The Calgary Stampeders and Toronto Argonauts played on a snow-covered field at TD Place Stadium on Sunday night in the Canadian Football League title game.

Calgary struck back shortly thereafter, taking a 14-6 lead on a Jerome Messam six-yard touchdown run followed by Bo Levi Mitchell's pass to DeVaris Daniels for a successful two-point conversion.

Trailing 6-0 after 15 minutes of play, the Argonauts tied the game on the first play of the second quarter.

Pat Woodcock of the Montreal Alouettes caught a 99-yard touchdown pass from Anthony Calvillo at the 90th Grey Cup in 2002, breaking a mark that stood at 90 yards for the previous 41 years. The Argos had three first-quarter drives stall.

The 105th Grey Cup kicked off in a winter wonderland. Ricky Ray hit a streaking DeVier Posey for a 100-yard touchdown strike - the longest passing play in Grey Cup history.

The Argos' last Grey Cup appearance was in 2012, when they beat the Stampeders 35-22 at home.
