LG is Selling a Limited Edition $1800 V30 Covered in Ceramic

LG launches V30

LG launches V30"Signature Edition with ceramic back Android Oreo and 6GB RAM but you can't have

This phone arrives after the premium V30. But for those of you who need more than glass and metal, LG's got your back. The device will be available in white and black color options. The device comes with the Signature Edition logo, and buyers can even have their names etched on the back. The smartphone is completely based on the LG V30 both by design and the hardware, except for 256GB storage capacity and the shiny new ceramic back, which according to the company will hold up against abrasion and corrosion and help maintain its "simple and delicate design" for a longer period.

As for specs, we're looking at relatively the same V30 we all know and love. It will run the latest Android 8.0 Oreo system and be fitted with a 6-inch OLED FullVision screen. The device will ship with two Bang & Olufsen headphones inside the box, one wireless and the other wired. LG is making only 300 units and will start selling them later this month for KRW2 million - about $1,800.

For pricing, LG is charging a $1,000 premium over a standard V30, totaling $1,800 in U.S. dollars. But I know one thing: I'm not that person.
