Price Performance Review on Shares of Horizons Active CDN Dividend ETF

Traders may be narrowing in on the ATR or Average True Range indicator when reviewing technicals. The Williams %R fluctuates between 0 and -100 measuring whether a security is overbought or oversold. The basic use of the Parabolic SAR is to buy when the dots move below the price bars (signaling an uptrend) and sell/short-sell when the dots move above the price bars (signaling a downtrend).

The current 14-day ATR for Core US Treasury Bond ETF Ishares (GOVT) is now sitting at 0.07. Many consider the equity oversold if the reading is below -80 and overbought if the indicator is between 0 and -20.
