On Monday, people starting taking note of Ball's Big Baller Brand company having an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, which is the lowest possible rating. And he did so as only LaVar Ball can.

"Consumers are also alleging poor customer service as company does not provide a phone number where consumers can contact them and when emailing the company consumers receive a generic email in response or no response at all".

"Holidays always slows shipping", Ball said.

Deeper digging revealed that the customer service department of the company is not so friendly and likely to call you out of your name if you complain about their service.
