Al respecto, el presidente del Poder Judicial, Duberlí Rodríguez, afirmó que el estado peruano deberá acatar lo que determine la corte, porque será una opinión vinculante, de acuerdo a los convenios internacionales suscritos por el país.

"Nos hemos defendido porque somos persistentes y queremos un Perú mejor para todos", subrayó el jefe de Estado desde Catacos, donde entregó ayuda humanitaria, casas y bonos familiares a los damnificados del fenómeno climático el Niño Costero del año pasado.

"Ésta es una movilización para manifestar nuestro desacuerdo hacia el indulto porque estamos seguros que ha sido una negociación política", dijo Carla Coronado, una artista plástica de 36 años, en una protesta en el parque Kennedy de Miraflores, un distrito del sur de Lima. Fujimori fue condenado por su responsabilidad en la matanza de 25 personas, cometida por militares que actuaban en las sombras.

Arana aseguró que "está claro el rechazo ciudadano" al indulto, que calificó de "pacto de impunidad" entre Kuczynski y una facción del fujimorismo, liderada por el también congresista Kenji Fujimori, quien es hijo menor del indultado exgobernante. Tras el indulto, varios ministros de su gabinete renunciaron a sus cargos: Jorge Nieto, de Defensa; Salvador del Solar, de Cultura; y Carlos Basombrío, del Interior.

Gálvez expresó que la gracia concedida al expresidente pone en evidencia el nivel de corrupción que vive esta sociedad.

La encuesta de Datum, contratada por los diarios Perú 21 y Gestión, fue hecha con una muestra de 1.200 persona y admite un margen de error de un 2,8 %.

"Si la Corte lo ordena, y como nosotros aceptamos la competencia de la Corte Interamericana, entiendo que así será, pero obviamente habría que esperar qué va a ocurrir", explicó.
