Entretanto, quem for imunizado com a vacina fracionada não terá o CIVP (Certificado Internacional de Vacinação ou Profilaxia), que só será entregue para quem tomar a dose inteira (0,5 ml).

A Anvisa alerta que não será emitido, "em hipótese alguma", o certificado internacional a quem apresentar o comprovante de vacinação fracionada.

A imunização com doses fracionadas foi anunciada nesta semana pelo Ministério da Saúde e será adotada em 75 municípios dos Estados de São Paulo, Rio e Bahia.

Segundo a Anvisa, a medida se deve ao fato de os viajantes internacionais integram o grupo da população que não é indicado para receber a dose fracionada da vacina, que inclui crianças de nove meses a menores de dois anos, pessoas com condições clínicas especiais - vivendo com HIV/Aids, ao final do tratamento de quimioterapia e pacientes com doenças hematológicas, entre outras - e gestantes. Segundo a Anvisa, no entanto, quem tiver viagem marcada para um dos países que exigem comprovação da vacina precisa receber a dose padrão. "Por isso, vacine-se com antecedência", afirma a agência.

As vacinas fracionadas foram lançadas pelo Ministério da Saúde na última terça (9) com o intuito de aumentar o número de doses aplicadas no país e impedir o avanço da doença.

Os moradores dessas cidades, caso recebam a dose fracionada, mas decidam viajar a um país que exija o certificado internacional de vacina contra a febre amarela, precisam tomar a dose padrão, segundo a agência. A pasta garante que a mesma dose poderia ser aplicada em até cinco indivíduos, mas o governo irá trabalhar com uma margem de segurança.

"A adoção do fracionamento das vacinas é uma medida preventiva que será implementada em áreas selecionadas, durante período determinado de 15 dias, informou o Ministério da Saúde".

Barros destacou que a dose padrão da vacina contra a febre amarela protege uma pessoa por toda a vida, enquanto a dose fracionada protege por pelo menos oito anos, conforme apontaram testes feitos pela Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (Fiocruz).
