Seven-time nominee Kendrick Lamar, U2 and Sam Smith have signed on to perform at the 60th Annual Grammy Awards at Madison Square Garden on January 28.

CBS and the Recording Academy just announced a new wave of Grammy Awards performers.

James Corden is hosting the ceremony for CBS, which will air at 8PM ET on January 28.

Other Grammy performers include this year's leading nominee, rapper Kendrick Lamar, as well as Sam Smith, Alessia Cara, Bruno Mars, Pink, Lady Gaga, Kesha and more.

Lamar has seven nominations this year: Record Of The Year, Best Rap Performance, Best Rap Song, Best Music Video ("Humble."), Album Of The Year and Best Rap Album ("Damn."), and Best Rap/Sung Performance ("Loyalty", featuring Rihanna).

Among the predominantly pop, hip-hop and R&B artists (and Broadway icon Patti LuPone) tapped to perform at the 60 Annual GRAMMY Awards, there's finally a couple of classic rock acts booked to ...well...rock the crowd at New York City's Madison Square Garden. Ken Ehrlich is executive producer, Louis J. Horvitz is director, Ben Winston is a producer, Chantel Sausedo is the Talent Producer, and David Wild and Ehrlich are the writers.
