HMD Global's Chief Product Officer is promising something special for MWC 2018.

In January a year ago, HMD Global launched Nokia 6 running Android exclusively for the Chinese smartphone. Sarvikas didn't explicitly reveal what the company has in store for MWC - HMD Global did not immediately respond to a request for comment - but the company will have to pull out the big guns for Nokia's showing to rival Samsung. Nokia 7 with metal and glass back has been available exclusively in China since October previous year. Alongside Nokia 6 (2018), the company is also anticipated to launch Nokia 7 for the global market. Along with this Nokia 5 for cost-effective handsets last month the OREO beta build was released and the Nokia 2 handset will also get the Android 8.1 update.
