Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has unveiled the 2018 CBR250R at the ongoing Auto Expo 2018. For 2018, the Honda CBR250R now gets an all-LED headlamp with position lamp. The Honda X-Blade is based on the CB Hornet 160R which was also showcased in its updated form. The mill is tuned to develop 13.6bhp at 8500rpm and 13.9Nm of peak torque at 6000rpm mated to a five-speed gearbox. Telescopic front forks and a monoshock unit at the rear takes care of suspension while braking power comes from a disc at the front and drum unit at the rear. The existing colour options continue to be on sale.

This bike will be competed with Suzuki Gixxer, Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 and in this segment of the bikes.

Honda is now showcasing a new adventure version of the motorcycle.

The Honda X-Blade Adventure features a more pronounced windscreen, hand guards and a carrier at the rear. Honda is going to launch X-Blade in March 2018 and its Ex-showroom price can be 85,000-90,000 rupees. The adventure kit also includes carbon-fibre trimming, matte-grey paint and camouflage graphics on fuel tank extensions. Honda says they might launch the adventure kit for the Honda X-Blade if they receive a positive response at the motor show.
