Former Rangers winger and Russian Federation global Andrei Kanchelskis isn't confident that his countrymen at Zenit St Petersburg will be able to cope with the atmosphere at Parkead in the upcoming Europa League clash against Celtic.

Former Scottish Premiership winger and Russian Federation global Andrei Kanchelskis has predicted the score ahead of Celtic's Europa League clash this week. And they have certainly been handed a tough draw following their third place finish in their Champions League group.

Zenit Saint Petersburg scored 17 goals in the 2017-18 Europa League group stage; more than any other team in the competition. But Kanchelskis believes that the home crowd will be vital to the Hoops, and predicted that it is going to be a good night for Brendan Rodgers' men.

Tom Rogic will play for Celtic's Development side in a clash with Motherwell this evening as he steps up his rehabilitation program.

As reported by the Daily Record, Rodgers confirmed that Rogic will play in this evening's game and the Celtic boss admitted that he was keen to give his returning star some minutes but Patrick's goal to make the game 3-2 meant that he turned to Kouassi Eboue instead.

Nevertheless, there may well be a number of Hoops supporters who would take a 2-1 win in the first-leg if they were offered that result right now.
