The Head of Strategic Outreach for the two actors' production company Pearl Street, Fanshen Cox DiGiovanni, revealed that inclusion riders will be a part of all future film projects.

Last week (end11Mar18), Michael B. Jordan announced his company would be adopting the riders, and on Tuesday, Fanshen Cox DiGiovanni the Head of Strategic Outreach at Pearl Street Films, tweeted Michael stating Ben and Matt would follow suit.

Under their Pearl Street Films banner, Affleck and Damon have produced films such as Manchester By the Sea, Jason Bourne, and Live By Night, among other features and television series, and are now working on Matt Reeves' The Batman (with Affleck still set to star as the Caped Crusader) and Affleck's remake of Witness for the Prosecution.

An inclusion rider is meant to improve gender and racial diversity within films.

"Okay, look around everybody!" McDormand said. "Because we all have stories to tell and projects we need financed".

Jordan, Affleck, and Damon have adopted inclusion riders following Frances McDormand's best actress acceptance speech at the Oscars on March 4, where the Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri star closed her remarks by mentioning the term. "@michaelb4jordan Thank you for always supporting broader representation in the industry".

Actor/director Ben Affleck (L) and actor/producer Matt Damon speak onstage during the 89th Annual Academy Awards at Hollywood & Highland Center on February 26, 2017 in Hollywood, California.
