Saturday Night Live- Season 43

Hit the flip to see Sterling K. Brown as a superfan of the film Shrek, and the rest of his bits on the show. The sketch even had the actors laughing. T'Challa believed his uncle to still be alive, but he's been in the afterlife for a few days after telling his wife, one of the Dora Milaje, to wear a wig.

Brown is no stranger to Black Panther since he had a pivotal role in the Ryan Coogler-directed movie. Then he is introduced to his not so enlightened and royal ancestor Uncle M'Batu played by Kenan Thompson. M'Batu said, while flipping burgers on a grill, "The other night I simply suggested, "hey maybe you should wear a wig.just to be playful.'" He continued, "I said 'damn woman, I'm exhausted of making love to Michael Jordan" That's the last thing I remember".

Sterling K. Brown struggles not to break while Thompson asks T'Challa for weed, treats a lion's meat burger he's grilled like Simba at the opening of The Lion King (complete with the opening lines of "Circle of Life"), and eventually smashes said burger in Brown's face. He bites into it and then spits it out because it's still cold.

T'Cana then attempts to give T'Challa advise on an impending war while M'Batu tries to stuff the lion burger in his mouth.
