WrestleMania 34: The first-ever Fabulous Moolah Memorial Battle Royal

The company announced on Monday that at WrestleMania 34 the first Fabulous Moolah Memorial Battle Royal will take place, sering as the women's wrestling version of the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal.

In her own right, Lynch has been part of the "women's revolution" in WWE including her Inter-Gender match against James Ellsworth of which Lynch loved being part. Women are getting opportunities they have never gotten before and that trend will carry over into this year's WrestleMania.

In the highly-anticipated free-for-all, members of the Women's divisions from Raw, SmackDown LIVE and WWE NXT will compete to be the last Superstar standing in the over-the-top-rope melee. This is a flawless move to allow the women on the roster that won't be in singles or tag matches a spot on the card and continues the women's evolution and what it stands for.

The match is named after WWE Hall of Famer Fabulous Moolah, who was a pioneer in women's professional wrestling as she held the WWF Women's Championship for a whopping 27 years from 1956-84 as recognized by the WWE (though in reality she did drop the title a number of times between then).

The women's evolution is advancing more and more all the time, so it only makes sense to add a battle royal of significance to women on the grandest stage of them all.
