However, considering the available specifications, it is safe to say that components on the unknown Xiaomi smartphone will be inferior to the ones available on the upcoming Mi MIX 2S - which will launch with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC. According to the Geekbench listing, the Xiaomi Dipper is powered by Snapdragon 845 SoC which is paired with 6 GB RAM and is running Android 8.0 Oreo.

A mysterious Xiaomi smartphone, codenamed Berlin, has surfaced on the Geekbench site with an unannounced Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC.

In addition to the hardware details, the Geekbench listing also shows that the Xiaomi Berlin has received a single-core score of 1155 and a multi-core score of 2738. Looking at the scores it seems the device will be a sub $450 phone which will directly compete with recently announced Zenfone 5Z.

Furthermore, the Mi 7 is also expected to feature in-display fingerprint scanner which means we won't be seeing the traditional scanner on the Mi 7's front below the display or at the back. But, past reports suggest that we should expect Xiaomi to unveil the Mi 7 later in June this year. Mi 7 is likely to have support for 7.5W wireless charging just like iPhone X. So there will be two variants as well.

That said, while Xiaomi has confirmed the launch of Mi MIX 2S on March 27, there's no word from the company yet regarding the launch of Mi 7.
