There's no denying that this is pure speculation, but In regards to the Jets rumored targets in free agency, one thing that stands out is that the team is reportedly on the lookout for a running back who can do all of the same things Bilal Powell does.

Even though they showed no signs of wanting to bring him back, the Cleveland Browns now have a hole in their roster thanks to the departure of Isaiah Crowell in free agency. Deals can not be officially signed until Wednesday afternoon. He gained a career-best 952 yards in 2016 and rushed for 853 yards last season.

Crowell expressed frustration with the play calling last season when the Browns went 0-16.

An undrafted free agent coming out of Alabama State, Crowell caught on with the Browns shortly after the 2014 National Football League draft. In four seasons with the Browns, Crowell never missed a game and averaged 779.5 rushing yards, 972 yards from scrimmage, and 5.5 touchdowns per year.

Additionally, Crowell caught 96 passes out of the backfield for 770 yards and one touchdown with six 20-yard gains, two 40-yard jaunts and 33 first-down conversions.
