Here's a crossover we never thought would happen. A new promo for the film that debuted during last night's The Walking Dead finale and the talk show Talking Dead, announced that tickets for the superhero action-comedy will go live this Thursday, April 19.

The television spots may be quite short (each are only about 30 seconds in length), but they manage to make up for their clipped range by offering up a bit of brand-new footage.

With now just over over a month away, it's almost time for the tickets to go on sale. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship, and flavor - finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World's Best Lover.

In preparing for his fight against Cable, Deadpool has to put a team together he so obviously calls X-Force, but unlike the group he's so clearly stealing the name from, he has to take more low-grade methods of recruiting, such as putting an ad out for anyone to find, including Rob Delaney (Catastrophe)'s Paul.

Deadpool 2 has a May 18, 2018 release directed by John Wick's David Leitch also starring Josh Brolin as the time travelling mutant Cable, Zazie Beetz as Domino, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Stefan Kapicic as Colossus with Shioli Kutsuna in a mystery role and Jack Kesy rumored as Black Tom Cassidy. That's about all we've got right now, and while it's not much, Fox knows audiences aren't really turning out to Deadpool 2 for the story.
