The Crew 2 Gameplay Vehicles and Racing Styles Explained

We have to admit, we're rather excited for The Crew 2.

That's not the only hook The Crew 2 has going for it, however. The open-world and racing were praised on release, but the always online requirements were a source of frustration for players.

The Crew 2 launches on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on June 29.

Ubisoft has announced that the closed beta for The Crew 2 will take place from May 31st to June 4th. Check it all out in our quick look guide below, then look out for more The Crew 2 videos soon.

Though Ubisoft say the beta content represents a "work-in-progress" version of the game, it'll feature the "entire open-world" in free roam mode, as well as opening events in the street racing, powerboat, rally raid, and aerobatics disciplines.

Players chosen to participate in the closed beta will be able to invite up to three friends to join them in-game. You can sign up for access on your platform of choice via the official website, and it looks like us PC players will need to hop in via Uplay when the time comes. From coast to coast, drivers will explore America and compete to become the greatest motorsports champion by collecting a wide variety of exotic cars, bikes, boats and planes, and dominating the motorsports scene on the land, on the water and in the air.
