Love Island's Niall has left the villa for personal reasons

According to a statement from ITV, Niall left "for personal reasons".

'For personal reasons unfortunately he can't continue or come back to the Villa, ' he was seen telling his fellow contestants on last night's show.

Both the Islanders and fans of the show were left gutted and confused as Dr. Alex George revealed that Niall had left the villa.

Fans of the show had been wondering what the personal reasons were behind Niall leaving the Love Island villa so suddenly.

A 23-year-old Student and Construction Worker from Coventry, Niall was one of this year's original boys.

Reacting to his departure in the Beach Hut, Niall's partner Georgia said: "Obviously I was coupled up with him so obviously I came closer to him than most people in here but it wasn't just that".

'Before he got his ears pinned back, if anyone wasn't interested in him or made a joke he'd assume it was about his ears and put a hat on for the rest of the day just to avoid people seeing'. We got on really, really well.

The reality star was the first boy into this year's villa and was instantly paired up with Kendall Rae-Knight, 26, who became the first Islander dumped from the series last Friday. I don't think he treated Kendall right, I don't think he's treated Rosie right, no one is going to respect him if he treats girls this way.

He instead coupled up with Georgia Steel in the first recoupling.

ITV have also revealed they "have no current plans" for Niall to appear on spin-off show Aftersun with Caroline Flack. If you were watching, you may have heard Rosie say that Niall hadn't been honest with her and she believed Adam was now doing the same thing.

Amber's best friend and Love Island co-star Olivia Attwood responded to her tweet: "You".
