Twenty One Pilots are heading for NZ shores.

High energy rockers Twenty One Pilots have announced they'll be bringing their Bandito World Tour to New Zealand later this year.

Before their break, Twenty One Pilots had achieved massive worldwide success, selling out arena shows around the world and breaking records with their songs' popularity.

The band is known for their hit songs "Tear in My Heart", "Ride" and "Stressed Out", as well as "Heathens" from the "Suicide Squad" soundtrack.

But before all of that, Twenty One Pilots was formed in Columbus in 2009 by singer-instrumentalist Tyler Joseph, with percussionist Josh Dun joining in 2011.

Now, the band will kick things up a notch and play Cleveland's Quicken Loans Arena on October 23.

All remaining tickets will be released to the general public at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 20. If you're in the United Kingdom or Australia, you can register for tickets here.
