Most of Chelsea's players played really well, with David Luiz especially impressive as he controlled the air and fed some good alls up front.

9 - With the exception of handing Kepa Arrizabalaga a debut in goal, Sarri played it safe with his first league line-up by opting for experienced heads to do his high-press bidding.

Summer acquisitions Jorginho and Kepa Arrizabalaga started the game for Chelsea, but Mateo Kovacic was not included in the matchday squad after arriving on loan from Real Madrid.

World Cup victor Kante's scruffy 34th-minute volley and Jorginho's audacious penalty on the stroke of half-time put Chelsea in control before Pedro wrapped up the points in the closing stages.

After Antonio Rudiger won an aerial battle inside his own half, Jorginho's neat touch played in Pedro who pushed forward before passing to Willian.

Chelsea are top of the table for now but they face a much sterner test against Arsenal, who beat them on penalties in pre-season. "We did it better in the second half, there was more space and time".

34' - GOAL! Huddersfield 0-1 Chelsea: It's a scruffy goal but Chelsea and Sarri won't care - they are off and running under their new boss.

Jorginho's penalty raised eyebrows and delighted neutrals, the former Napoli midfielder deceiving goalkeeper Ben Hamer with a skip in his run-up before rolling the ball home.

As for Jorginho's spot-kick, he was made to look silly. "I hope we will win many titles and I hope in seven years when I look back I will be very proud of what I have achieved".

But the game turned decisively towards the visitors when Chelsea doubled their advantage just before the interval as Marcos Alonso burst into the area and went down under challenge from Christopher Schindler.

Unfortunately for Huddersfield and Kongolo, Chelsea managed to score twice before half-time which stretched the defence.

Victor Moses is impressed with Chelsea's stunning start to the season with a commanding 3-0 victory over Huddersfield Town.

The transfer window for non-English clubs is open until the end of the month and it would be great if we can keep hold of the Belgian attacker this season.
