Omarosa book: Trump 'Apprentice' tape, racist rant at George Conway

Omarosa Claims Trump Repeatedly Used 'N-Word' During 'The Apprentice'

Omarosa Manigault Newman is about to release her book Unhinged: An Insider's Account of the Trump White House on Tuesday, August 14, and she is pulling all the stunts to get attention.

For months while in the White House, Manigault Newman said she spent time searching for a rumored tape of Trump saying the n-word on tape as host of "The Apprentice".

"By that point, three sources in three separate conversations had described the contents of this tape", she said.

She wrote that she worked to get a copy of it and that is why she was sacked from the White House.

The former Trump administration staffer and "The Apprentice" contestant told NPR that she had heard the tape directly, calling it a major factor that changed her opinion of the president, despite the fact that her own memoir says she was only told of the recording.

"Many didn't notice it as keenly as I did because I knew him way back when". When she returned to reality TV, appearing on CBS' "Celebrity Big Brother", Manigault Newman said she wouldn't vote for Mr. Trump again "in a million years - never". Within a day, Manigault Newman says she received the contract and a nondisclosure agreement preventing her from talking about anything related to the Trump family or Vice President Mike Pence's family in perpetuity.

After the "Access Hollywood" tape leaked in 2016, rumors mounted that there is unaired footage on "The Apprentice" of Trump making derogatory statements about women and minorities. The campaign would have tasked her with "diversity" outreach.

The White House has a tanning bed, although the Post reports that other White House aides have said they have not seen it.

Omarosa has very little credibility, as well as a history of publicity stunts, so there is plenty of reason to doubt her claims.

Earlier this week, The Daily Beast reported that Manigault had secretly recorded Trump on multiple occasions and used the recordings as leverage to help her secure her book deal.

The future United States president was caught on mic uttering the racial slur "multiple times" during the making of his reality TV show, and there are recordings that prove it, according to Newman, who offered no proof of her accusation.

She also claimed Trump said of Kellyanne Conway's half-Filipino husband George, "F***ing FLIP!"

The White House responded by slamming the book and its author and chastising the press for writing about it. The two remain in contact, according to people familiar with the relationship.

"I saw him put a note in his mouth".

"Instead of telling the truth about all the good President Trump and his administration are doing to make America safe and prosperous, this book is riddled with lies and false accusations. It must have been something very, very sensitive", she wrote, according to the Post.
