It's really tough work as an air ambulance and search and rescue pilot.

The second-in-line to the throne chatted to Ms Anderson and others who have recorded videos talking about their experiences of workplace mental health to promote his new project.

Speaking at an event back in March, Prince William said "while work can provide a great sense of fulfillment, it can - at times - be a significant source of stress and negatively impact our mental health".

William added: "If you see sad things every day, you think all life is like that, you're just seeing all the sad things, all the pain every day".

"That you're always dealing with despair, sadness, injury, things that are really quite troubling".

This comes after a survey found that 48% of people employed across the country "have experienced mental health problems in their current job", according to CNN.

She said: "It's the first time I had ever told an employer about my struggles and it felt like a big deal - I despise discussing my mental health issues and keep my personal and private life incredibly separate".

To tackle the issue, The Duke of Cambridge has teamed up with several mental health organisations to launch a free resource aimed at improving staff wellbeing.

The project Wwebsite, as part of the Royal Foundation's Heads Together campaign and the mental health charity Mind, will provide resources, training and information for managers who struggle to find the help.

Following a study that indicates almost half of employees in the United Kingdom are suffering from mental health problems in the workplace, Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, has launched a mental health website which he unveiled at an event in Bristol on Tuesday.

He said in a statement at the time: "It has been a huge privilege to fly with the East Anglia Air Ambulance".

For some, the bold decision to speak out about their mental health at work is met with unsatisfactory, even damaging, responses.
