The children's song "Baby Shark" debuted at No. 32 on the chart for the week ending on January 12.

It was just a few months ago when British comedian and television host James Corden described "Baby Shark", the infectious kid's jingle, as the defining song of this generation.

And while Corden may have been just setting up his amusing skit, which saw him deliver an oddly attractive cover featuring not just Sophie Turner but also Josh Groban, there's no denying that the tune's popularity is no joke.

"Baby Shark" has landed at number 32 on the chart.

The video was actually released back in 2016 by the South Korean educational brand Pinkfong.

According to Nielsen Music, the viral song was streamed 20.8 million times last week alone. The iteration of the beloved song first went viral in Indonesia, making its way to the US this past summer. Even Ariana Grande isn't safe.
