Fury doubts he'll ever fight Joshua

Warren believes Fury's willingness to travel to a champion's back yard is in stark contrast to Joshua, who has never before fought outside of Britain in his 22-fight professional career.

Fury propelled back into the heavyweight limelight with a stunning performance against Deontay Wilder at the end of 2018, but while that monster Heavyweight clash was declared a draw, the boxing world believed Fury was the victor and that he should've snapped the WBC belt away from the American's grasp.

Dillian Whyte has come out and said he would "love" to fight Tyson Fury as talks of a bout between the Gypsy King and Anthony Joshua stall.

Fury believes he should have been awarded the victory - and many observers agree with him.

And it appears increasingly unlikely the pair will meet again in the near future, although Fury claims he would beat Joshua if he was "given the chance".

Ultimately if the rematch with Wilder happens the victor of that bout will be positioned to take on Joshua in a huge unification fight before the year is out.

Joshua is scheduled to return to the ring on April 13th, at Wembley Stadium in London.

Fury is promoted by Frank Warren and televised by BT Sport, while Joshua is handled by rival promoter Eddie Hearn and handled by rival network Sky Sports.

"But I don't think it's going to happen, sorry to disappoint the sports fans". Tyson was disappointed with the judging with the last fight, as I was, so a lot of things need to be sorted but the United States is where they want it, probably in the second quarter. "They might say they are going to take the fight and talk about it and fight somebody else - like they keep doing - but that fight ain't going to happen, so I'm not holding my breath at all", concluded a frustrated-looking Fury. Fury's promoter Frank Warren revealed earlier this week a deal for Fury and Wilder to fight in a rematch is nearing completion with Las Vegas being touted as a possible venue to stage the event.
