Kendall Jenner & More Models Facing Subpoenas Over Millions In Fyre Festival Payments!

As outlined in both of the Fyre Festival documentaries that are now streaming (one on Hulu and one on Netflix), Jenner, Baldwin, Ratajkowski, Elsa Hosk, Alessandra Ambrosio, and more were hired to spend a week filming promotional content for Fyre Festival in the Bahamas. This failure, according to Messer's talent agency subpoena request, "has required the Trustee to uncover as much information as he can from third parties in order to gain a full understanding of (McFarland's) financial affairs".

Documents filed on Friday with the southern NY federal bankruptcy court, which have been obtained by Tribune Business, reveal that Gregory Messer is seeking a court order to serve subpoenas on both Bahamian and United States entities that supplied services/goods to a festival that became a chaos-stricken debacle threatening The Bahamas' tourism reputation in April 2017. The investigation by Gregory Messer, the court-appointed trustee overseeing Fyre Media'sliquidation, could see the likes of Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, Hailey Bieber, and Emily Ratajkowski issued with subpoenas to track down what happened to $26 million in investor cash.

Jerry Media, an online agency that promoted Fyre Festival on social media in exchange for a $90,000 payout in March 2017, is also on the list of entities facing a subpoena.

As for Kenny, Messer is also looking into a $250,000 payment she received in January 2017.

Almost two years later, the subpoenas are part of an investigation into what happened to the estimated $26million McFarland raised from investors and doled out in the weeks and months before Fyre Festival went up in [metaphorical] flames, leaving thousands of attendees and workers broke and abandoned, investors swindled out of millions and, ultimately, landing McFarland behind bars.

Earlier this month, a judge approved subpoenas to talent agencies including Paradigm, CAA, and ICM, who reportedly received a total of $1.4 million in booking fees for artists like Blink 182, Rae Sremmurd, Major Lazer and Disclosure to perform at the festival.
