Pasco County Sheriff's Office Deputies saw a parked vehicle in front of a closed business with its brake lights on and the engine still running around 2 a.m.

Larson was charged with driving under the influence. Inside was Christopher R. Larson, 33, of Trinity, asleep at the wheel with his foot on the brake, according to the affidavit.

After the Sheriff's deputies woke him up, Larson got out of the vehicle, which rolled forward and narrowly missed one of the officers.

Before the video began, authorities said they found Larson in his parked vehicle, which was running.

He was awoken by deputies but then tried to get out the vehicle while the auto was in drive.

The deputy administered a field sobriety test and asked Larson to complete some simple tasks to demonstrate his motor control - but instead Larson busted a couple moves. The deputy jumped in to stop it from hitting the gate.

The body cam video shows Larson, wearing a white T-shirt, shorts and sneakers, striding along a straight line while periodically strutting his stuff. At one point, Larson turns on one foot, as if performing a dance move and then begins bounce-walking in the opposite direction.

The deputy asks Larson if he is 'complete with the exercise, ' but he just mumbles and continues his shuffle.

When asked if he knew where he was, Larson said he was in Clearwater - which is about 16 miles south of Holiday.

Larson told Fox 13 News that he was not 'dancing, ' but would not comment further on his arrest.
