Report: Bebe Rexha scolds audience at 2019 Grammy event

Just a few weeks ago, Rexha took to her Instagram to post a video where she spoke about many in the fashion industry refusing to dress her for the awards ceremony because she is "too big".

The pop singer then looked at her mother, who was sitting in the audience and said, "My mom is like, 'Please calm down.' Mom's like, 'Please calm down.' I love you, Mom". "I don't wanna wear your f***ing dresses".

"I'm wearing Monsoori!" Rexha told Entertainment Tonight. "I have two options, and I'm gonna pick the one I feel like in the moment", Rexha revealed.

"You wish you would've dressed my fat a**", the singer and songwriter told Access Hollywood when responding to the designers who wouldn't dress her.

In the end, she selected the show-stopping Monsoori number. "Joking with Variety, Rexha shared the perks of rocking a big dress: "[It's] puffy so I can eat whatever I want".

"I'm so nervous I could die", she wrote. "He won Vogue Arabia's No. 1 designer", Rexha gushed. "He won Vogue Arabia's No. 1 designer and he worked with my body and I feel unbelievable".

She continued: "I wanted to go for a princess look, but not only that, I had Karl Lagerfeld, Jeremy Scott, Moschino, Christian Siriano and Michael Costello all send me stuff and that was really awesome. I really didn't expect that, so my size 8 a- is here on the red carpet".
