Security video recorded a woman shoving a 74-year-old man with a walker off a public transit bus in Las Vegas after he asked her to be nice to other passengers, and she's facing a murder charge after the man died, according to court documents.

The Clark County Coroner determined Fournier died of "complications of blunt force torso injuries" and ruled his death a homicide. Fournier, holding his walker, falls flat on his face, hitting his head on the sidewalk.

According to Las Vegas CBS affiliate KLAS, Bishop cursed at Fournier and other passengers on the city bus before pushing Fournier off the bus with both hands.

The father of Bishop's son told police that Bishop was violent, and that he was no longer with her because of it.

Police said the incident occurred on March 21.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department released the security footage this morning of the attack in a fresh appeal for witnesses.

A judge held her on $100,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing on May 21.

As the man stepped off the bus, Bishop reportedly shoved Fournier.

Officers believe Bishop had been argumentative with people on the bus. People need a little more patience than what they have these days, ' said the man's neighbor, Trevor Taylor.

Mr Taylor asserted that Fournier was a "wonderful person" and shared that he would never forget his friend.

Mr Fournier leaves behind a wife who is disabled.
