So it will have come as no surprise that Sir Mick Jagger has made a speedy recovery from heart valve replacement surgery he underwent last month - and could not resist the opportunity to show off to his fans.

The 75-year-old singer appeared in top form in jogging trousers, joggers and a white T-shirt, dancing flamboyantly in a studio. One story from March of this year noted that Jagger "primarily [eats] fresh fruit and veg, whole grains, legumes, chicken and fish ..."

So make no mistake about it - Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones aren't going away any time soon.

On April 11, he updated fans again with a picture of himself out and about taking a walk in a park.

Since then Jagger has thanked hospital staff and fans for their support, and has been seen relaxing with family and friends as he recovers.

A statement from the group on March 30 said: "Mick has been advised by doctors that he can not go on tour at this time as he needs medical treatment". "I'm devastated for having to postpone the tour but I will be working very hard to be back on the road as soon as I can", Jagger wrote.
