Game of Thrones' Sophie Turner says that Joe Jonas 'kind of saved my life' during poor mental health phase

After being candid about the pressure she felt to lose weight while filming Game of Thrones, Sophie Turner is now revealing just how severely those comments about her body ultimately affected her physical and mental health.

Sophie added, "Like 50-something night shoots". "The one thing she always strived for throughout the whole series was to be back home-home, home, home". Sophie Turner is no exception and gave a particularly heartfelt and public goodbye to her character.

'So many people worked so, so hard on it, and for people to just rubbish it because it's not what they want to see is just disrespectful, ' she said. Congratulations to everyone that worked on this incredible show! life changing television.

"He was like, 'I can't be with you until you love yourself, I can't see you love me more than you love yourself.' That was something, him doing that", she said.

And although she doesn't agree, she says she isn't "surprised" with the backlash. I grew up with you. Thank you for teaching me kind and patience to lead with love.

[E] ver since the end of Season 1, Sansa has not been about the capital or being queen.

I mean, it's not going to happen, but if it's making people feel better then I guess that's just fine. "She's had resilience since the very beginning, and despite all of these bad things that happened to her, she's kept that resilience".

Turner, who has played Sansa on the HBO show since she was 13 years old, shared photos and a message on Instagram on Sunday.

Although Sansa learned a great deal about rulers and leading people during her experiences outside the North, Turner thought it was more fitting the character's fate only required her to lead the people of the North, as opposed to everyone within the Seven Kingdoms.

Game of Thrones' finale will premiere on Sky Atlantic and Now TV at 2am on Monday, May 20 to match the USA air time.
