The band - Billie Joe Armstrong, Tre Cool, and Mike Dirnt - just dropped their new song "Fire, Ready, Aim". The punk rockers have partnered with the NFHL a two-year deal that will see their track "Fire, Ready, Aim" serve as the Wednesday Night Hockey opening music.

Green Day and the National Hockey League (NHL) teamed up to debut Green Day's new single, "Fire, Ready, Aim" during Wednesday's game between New Jersey Devils vs. Philadelphia Flyers.

Watch Green Day/Wednesday Night Hockey show open below! It's a kinetic song full of gang harmonies that will surely get Gritty wobbling his big, weird butt. "Shut up and dance!"

Green Day also unveiled the accompanying music video, which features shots of the band performing on ice intercut with footage of hockey players facing off and battling for the puck.

Their performance will be broadcast on various TV channels, including NBC, Sportsnet, CBC and TVA Sports.

"Father of All Motherfuckers" will be released on 7 February 2020. Green Day will release their new album Father Of All. in 2020.
