Apple Fixes Problematic Background Refresh Bug on iOS

Apple had pushed out its iOS 13.2 update last week which introduced a new Deep Fusion camera feature on the latest iPhone models. When Apple released iOS 13.2, users started reporting about apps running in the background to unexpectedly quit.

The 100MB update is designed mostly for bug fixes, so you shouldn't expect any brand new features in this minor upgrade. iOS 13.3 is already in the beta phase though, and that may bring larger updates to your phone.

That update brought an issue where apps would often close in the background when you switch to another app, making multi-tasking hard, but the latest iOS 13.2.2 upgrade is created to fix this issue. The latest iOS update comes with a fix for that. iOS 13.2.2 also fixes the issue where some iPhones temporarily lose cellular service after a call. If you haven't been notified about the new iOS update you can manually download and install it by going to Settings General Software Update. iPhone users can also turn on automatic updates for new software updates. Apple hasn't had much luck with the stability of iOS 13, and it's been flooded with major bugs and performance issues, forcing Apple to quickly release a number of updates to the OS. Similarly, there is a fi for the problem that made cellular data on iPhone devices temporarily unavailable.
