Xiaomi launches a Blue version of Redmi Note 8 Pro in Taiwan - GSMArena.com news

It's not the mind-blowing wraparound-screen Mi Mix Alpha that the company showed off earlier this year before you get too excited, but Xiaomi says will also feature the 108-megapixel sensor. The sensor of 1/1.33-inch is unusually large (at least for a phone). Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor, Redmi Note 8T runs on Android Pie-based MIUI. It will also have 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

In terms of connectivity, the Mi Note 10 Pro will feature an 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac dual-band wifi, with support for Wifi Direct and Hotspot. So, Mi Note 10 and Mi 10 Note Pro coming to India have very thin chances. The timing of the phone launch is just in time for the release of the MIUI 11, which is Xiaomi's latest Android-based mobile operating system.

As there biggest highlights, both the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro sports a 108MP main camera with an f/1.69 aperture and four-axis OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation), a 20MP Sony IMX350 super wide-angle secondary lens, a tertiary 5MP OV08A10 telephoto lens, a fourth 12MP Samsung S5K2L7 portrait camera and a macro sensor. The front is occupied by a 6.53” LCD panel with waterdrop notch for the 20 MP selfie camera. The smartphone will support fast battery charging with a 30 W charger, that will technically charge the Mi Note 10 pro from 0 to 58% in 30 mins and a full charge will take 65 mins. Xiaomi Global recently announced the revival of their flagship note phablet lineup, the MI Note Series. Both the back and front of the Note 8T are covered by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

The Mi Note 10 and the Mi Note 10 Pro comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The smartphone ushers the market into the era of penta-cameras. The phones can also record slow-motion videos at 960fps and even 4K ultrawide angle videos, the Gizmo China reported.

The Mi Note 10 and the Mi Note 10 Pro come in only one variant. The Mi Note 10 with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage comes with a price tag of Euro 549 (roughly translates to Rs 43,200). On the other hand, the Mi Note 10 Pro with 8GB RAM + 256GB storage comes with a price of Euro 649 (roughly translates to Rs 51,000).

Xiaomi is already selling the Redmi Note 8 Pro across the globe, but now it's added an extra color to the available pallette.

The Spain event by Xiaomi was expected to be the venue for the launch of the Mi Note 10, the Mi Note 10 Pro and the Redmi Note 8T smartphones. We will update once we know more.
