Additionally; despite the reports and rumors - Teresa and Joe have not filed for divorce. The Real Housewives of New Jersey family sojourned with mom Teresa Giudice and little sister Audriana to visit their father Joe in Italy, and let's just say it looks like they're having a good time.

Joe is now in Italy after request a lift of of stay from his ICE holding after serving a 41 month sentence for fraud.

Joe also shared on his Instagram Story a photo of Teresa and their daughters at a seafood and pasta dinner at a restaurant. The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple have been going through a lot, but recently Joe was released from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and headed straight to Italy. The family are spending the majority of their time in Salerno, where Joe is staying, which is renowned for its gorgeous Ocean views. They have not stated that they plan on doing so.

Joe was born in Saronno, Lombardy and has been in America since childhood but neglected to ever obtain US citizenship, leaving him vulnerable to deportation after he and Teresa were convicted of various counts of fraud in 2014. His brother also joined him on the trip, and the men were seen eating and laughing in a photo posted last week.

Joe looks happy and healthy upon his arrival to his native land, where he is now staying with his elderly grandmother.

On November 7 Joe and three of his four daughters got low-key glammed up to dance at Sala Consilina in Campania, Italy. I'm really rooting for the Giudice family and I hope that everything works out for them all.

"Gos bless your attractive family [sic]", commented Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dolores Catania.
