"I'll join a club which must get back to winning, which must renew its history and is in search of a battle against everyone and everything", Ibrahimovic told GQ Italia.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has dropped a massive hint regarding his next club in an interview to an Italian magazine saying he wants to join a club which is struggling to win, adding "I'll see you in Italy soon".

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is still evaluating his future and is not in negotiations with Milan over a January transfer, according to the Serie A club's director Frederic Massara. Only then will I be able to find the necessary stimuli to surprise you again....

"As a footballer it is not just a matter of choosing a team".

Zlatan Ibrahimovic was linked with a return to Manchester United when the Red Devils started having issues in scoring goals which put manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer under pressure.

Napoli are also a possible destination as last season's runners-up sit seventh, after a run of six league games without a win.

"I know I could still make the difference, both in Italy and in other countries", Zlatan previously stated.

It wouldn't be the first time Zlatan has played for the Rossoneri - he scored 42 goals for the Serie A side in just two seasons at the San Siro from 2010 - 2012. Interestingly, Milan's last league title came with Ibrahimovic still on their roster.

Reports on Tuesday suggested that Ibrahimovic had rejected interest from the Premier League to return to Milan, where he won the Serie A title in 2011.
