Amazon's 16-inch Apple MacBook Pro's are cheaper now than Black Friday

In the meantime, users must deal with the popping sound; it has been reported by some users, but doesn't appear to consistently appear, nor does it impact all MacBook Pro owners.

Apple, for its part, has gone ahead and confirmed the shutdown problem and published a support document that details a step-by-step walkthrough of what you should do if this keeps happening to you. The problem seems to be related to when audio first starts or stops, where users submit their complaints to Apple Support forums, Reddit, Twitter and more.

Apple recently sent a memo to its Authorized Service Providers, according to MacRumors, which reports that it received a copy of the notice.

Unfortunately, if the steps above suggested by Apple don't solve the shutdown issue for you, the next step listed is - you guessed it - to contact Apple.

When using Final In the reduction of Pro X, Common sense Pro X, QuickTime Participant, Tune, Films, or different purposes to play audio, users could well well hear a pop near from the audio system after playback has ended. Apple is investigating the problem. A fix is deliberate in future plan updates. Do not set up service, or replace the user's computer, as this is a software-related issue.

Apple is aware of the issue and is now working to make a fix available via a future software update, the company said in an internal memo obtained by MacRumors.

If you are a 16-inch MacBook Pro user, are you experiencing this problem?
