Blac Chyna Claims Rob Kardashian's Exaggerating Injuries In Lawsuit

Blac Chyna

The allegations stem from an incident in December 2016 that she claims were exaggerated when the lawsuit was filed. But, it never - It just got worse. She and Rob were living at Kylie Jenner's home following the birth of their daughter but the incident prompted Blac Chyna to move out.

Chyna says Rob testified she pointed his gun at him, and told his friends she would kill him if he "messes up".

Now Chyna is finally launching a response - and after a couple years it must be rock solid, right?

Rob accused Chyna of assault in a lawsuit that was filed in September 2017, and now, two years later, Chyna is finally clapping back. "Everything got worse", Rob continued.

She's also laughing off, nearly literally, an incident involving a gun.

Blac Chyna is accusing Rob Kardashian of lying about the severity of his injuries in their assault lawsuit, claiming she only broke his heart that evening. Chyna already succeeded in getting Kylie Jenner to drop her bogus lawsuit against Chyna back in March 2018 after Kylie refused to sit for her deposition and refused to answer questions under oath.

"Chyna has submitted evidence to the court proving that she never committed assault and battery against Rob and that his case should be thrown out of court", attorney Lynne M. Ciani said in a statement.

"Chyna's claim against Rob Kardashian for posting illegal Revenge Porn Photos of her will be tried before a jury on May 26, 2020. Chyna's claims against Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner for illegally getting Season 2 of her #1 Hit Show on E! cancelled will be tried before a separate jury immediately after the conclusion of the Revenge Porn trial against Rob".
